Attorney Tim Polack has been practicing real estate law for more than 25 years. Tim is an experienced attorney with a proven track record for helping clients in Green Bay, Wisconsin and the surrounding areas. Tim has an extensive network through years of building relationships as an attorney and owner/president of a title insurance company, Liberty Title and Abstract, Inc. Tim has worked with numerous clients to help facilitate their real estate transactions with precision and efficiency. He has significant contacts in the real estate industry, having consulted with and conducted business with real estate attorneys, banks, developers, realtors, and brokers.
Tim graduated from the University of Wisconsin Law School and earned his Juris Doctorate in 1995. He received his undergraduate degree in Political Science and History from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 1992.
Tim is a current member of the State Bar of Wisconsin. He is an affiliate member of both the Brown County Home Builders Association and the Northeastern Wisconsin Realtors Association. He has been actively involved in the local community and charitable organizations being a past member of Howard Optimist Club, Green Bay Kiwanis, Wisconsin Young Lawyers Division, and On Broadway, Inc.
